There will be times when vocalizing your thoughts and feelings is necessary. But there will also be times when silence is absolutely the best way to address an issue. Proving your are right can cause a lot of stress and could create a toxic situation which in turn disrupts your peace. The best way to deal with certain issues is to value your inner peace and doing what is necessary to maintain your peace. When faced with confrontation, ask yourself, is proving your right worth losing peace? Pick and choose your battles wisely. Choose peace!
